On a regular basis, the East Kilbride Business Group organise various events.

 

The last one was on Thursday 29 May where EKBG group gathered for a Night Out at the Mearns Castle Gold Academy

 

On Tuesday 22nd April, EKBG organised a visitor’s day where many visitors enjoyed the presentation of Peter Mackechnie on Time Management, while enjoying breakfast and business networking.

EKBG are affiliated by the Lanarkshire Chamber of Commerce and are encouraging new businesses to come along and join in on our successful meetings.

 

Members meet every Wednesday at the Torrance Hotel at 7.15am to develop and exchange business referrals while enjoying a nice breakfast. There will be no charge for breakfast at this Visitors' Day.

 

The structure is relaxed but remains structured by what every member is there to achieve: good, strong business referrals. Each member has 60 seconds to present their company, summarising their products or services. It is also the perfect opportunity to promote any special offers or to ask for any specific companies that you may be trying to do business with.

 

EKBG's membership is restricted to one representative from each type of business, there is never any competition between members, offering a fantastic opportunity for the promotion of your products and services in a trusted and friendly environment. Our only request is that you commit to sending another colleague if you are unable to attend every Wednesday.
